Shodham was founded by Sudhir Sayaji Fargade — a UCLA Certified Career Counsellor, NLP Coach, and Clinical Hypnotherapist with over eight years of experience guiding more than 12,000 students across India.

After years of one-to-one counselling across schools in Maharashtra — including rural and tribal regions — he saw the same pattern again and again: bright students pushed into the wrong stream because no one had the tools to see their real strengths.

Shodham is the instrument he wished he had: a rigorous, India-normed career assessment that turns eight years of counselling practice into something every student can access.
